Smart Educare Sdn.Bhd officially started its business at Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.
1999
Set up Research & Development unit with a total workforce of 5 persons together with a marketing team. Our first market was Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
2000
Market : 4 New markets - Johor, Malacca, Sabah and Sarawak.
No. of Kindergarten : 50
Program : 60 new titles inclusive of assessment program.
Others : - Provide each kindergarten with banner.
- Program was distributed monthly to Kindergartens.
2001
Market : 2 new markets - Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

2003
Market : 2 new markets Perlis and Kedah.

2004
Market : Expanded to east coast, Kelantan.
No. of Kindergarten : 300
Program :
- Added a new program called 'Bonus Program'. This Program included titles that are divided according to level, example Mathematics module (level 1-10 from counting to addition and substraction), phonics and suku kata (revision) and also titles that are suitable for all ages (Festivals in Malaysia).
- Add new controlling system that will able to detect whether the children has completed the whole program

2005
Market :
- Installed and Supplied to one of the Ministry run kindergartens in Selangor
- Expanding our market to Thailand and successfully localized our program into the local language

- Continuous revision and constant upgrading in line with the Ministry of Education of Malaysia and social development for pre-schoolers
